Yes absolutely the price is incredible for a Saveene fractional yacht ownership ! This is a one time fee for a lifetime ownership of the yacht. You will receive title to the yacht.
Each title unit is 10% of the corporation that holds the yacht. You can purchase 10%-100% of the corporation this is entirely up to you.
As you know these yachts cost much more to purchase outright .On top of this, if you were to purchase the vessel outright be prepared to pay 10% of yacht value in maintenance costs per year something many new owners do not count on or are not aware of.
