  • So you are using comparable pricing?

    Yes, our management's background is real estate and one of the most valuable lessons they learned is comparable pricing. In other words what does a similar product with similar features and benefits sell for? Ideal measurement is one which requires nominal or no adjustment. Our charter rates are extremely competitive and bellow market rate. Why bellow market rate you may ask? Because we use the opportunity to introduce our program to other potential fractional buyers. This works as a win win for all of us. It helps us sell out the current yacht and it helps us build a potential buyer base when you decide to sell your fraction. In that case on a resale we simply call upon past charter customers who have expressed a desire to be a fractional yacht owner.

  • These yachts are being sold at a premium. Please explain.

    We are a business and there is a reasonable percentage allocated towards our risk and profit. Moreover, regardless what industry you compare us to it always costs more to purchase say 1 small bottle of milk compared to a huge 2-gallon jug. Yes, you are paying a premium for a peace of mind. Freedom. To come aboard your yacht that is fully serviced fully crewed and clean and ready to go. No worries of having to deal with marina servicing the vessel or anything. We make it hassle free!

  • How do I charter my fraction?

    Chartering your fraction is easy. You can advertise your yacht for charter and simply refer the prospect to us. We will do everything from to Z and welcome your guests. You may even collect the charter fee. We will provide your guests with the exact same service as you would have received. The commission split is 50% to us with the remaining 50% you keep. How many weeks do I receive to use the yacht as a fractional owner? Great question. Whist every Saveene fractional owner receives 2 weeks per year meaning 7 days per 1 season of their choice PLUS an additional 1 week a "flex week" or ala carte week which you can use at any time in the year. (Maximum 2 day intervals) so 2 days + 2 days + 2 days + 1 day.) This equates to 21 days per fractional owner. Remember 2 of these weeks ate in high season use. The exception to the rule is the owner can swap 2 of his high season weeks for 3 weeks of mid and low season. What happens to any unused extra time? For discussion purposes let's assume that none of the 10 fractional yacht owners selected the mid or low season and that everyone used their 2 weeks fixed and one week flex time frame. This represents 21 days of usage x 10 owners = 210 days. Approximately 40 or so days will be used up for servicing the yacht. This leaves us with 100 plus days of charter opportunity possibilities. Saveene will charter the yacht and collect all the monies paid by the user. We will deduct 50% towards our management fees and advertising pool. The rest of the funds will remain in the general account to offset any major repairs furnishings or upkeep. This allows us to maximize on the available pine and to keep the vessel in tip top shape for your next visit and use.

  • What can Saveene do for me for Chartering my fraction?

    Saveene can do all yacht functions from A to Z from 1st call to the end of charter, or you can have Saveene just take the introduction call explain to the charter guest YOUR charter program and pass you the lead for YOU to close the deal. Or we can do it all 100% . Your call. As you may not be local, we would meet and greet YOUR guest and look after 100% of all operations. Your only other expense is that you would advertise your web site and YOUR charter tel number in local print or internet.

  • How can I sell my fraction in the future?

    You may freely list your fraction for sale with any licensed yacht broker or we can draw Saveene current roster of prospects. We can assist you in the sales process. Our fee is equivalent to what you would pay a yacht broker namely 10% of the total sale. May I stay on board overnight and does this go against my flex hours? You are more than welcome to stay aboard the yacht and use the facilities of the Marina. Staying on board does not go against any of your flex hours. All Saveene yachts Are available as a boattel type stay. You may see as advertise on websites such as airbnb.com flip key.com and others. As a fractional yacht owner you will receive a 15% discount over our regularly listed price. Yes similar to charter these funds are also deposited in the general repair account.

  • Can my interest be put into my LLC instead of personal ownership for tax reasons?

    YES absolutely. I know we are one of few fractional firms that allow this. Most want personal guarantee and or personal covenant. We do not ask for any personal guarantee or otherwise. We believe in our product and have no reservations in our ability to resell the defaulted position in the unlikely event.

  • I would like to make this tax deductible so I would enter the charter program. Please elaborate on how that works

    Sure its very straight forward. We sign the schedule C of the contract. The fee splits are outlined. We would make you a 4- or 5-page web site and give you standard marketing material that you can advertise as your business. Fielding calls is included in the monthly charter program. We have a fully staffed call centre to assist your charter customers.

  • What is my responsibility in protecting the yacht and my investment?

    None! This is a worry-free walk away investment in your yacht. Saveene As the management company assumes all obligations and responsibility to protect the yacht and to move it out of harm's way during any hurricane or out of harm's way. We have approved hurricane plans which we will immediately put in place and return the vessel back to the healing port once clearance from the authorities is received.

  • Do we as owners receive any updates?

    Absolutely! We have monthly newsletters a back office where you can check your balances events and upcoming promotions. In addition to every 6 months we will hold a Web Ex type or Skype group video chat meeting through the Internet And we will provide all corners with all updates of the vessel in the entire operation. How is Saveene different than other fractional yacht operators. Most other fractional yacht operators usually fraction out only one boat which they own to a maximum of 4 to 6 other CO owners. With Saveene this is our business and our primary mode of Commerce. Service is our #1 priority. Our office in Florida is just part of the operation. We maintain a fully staffed call centre to assist you and your customers (potential charter users) with all your needs. We offer updates, reports and we engage with our CO owners.   • Tell me about one of your competitors

    Our best comparable is a company we will refer to as Company ABC they start with 140-foot yachts and go all the way to 400 ft. They take yachts on consignment where Saveene actually owns and manages the yacht. To many co owners and to us for that matter, this makes a huge difference. If you do adjustments on size 64 & 80 you will note Saveene offers a more flexible schedule and our cost is about 25% less than Company ABC. With our competitor’s (2 months vessel is out of service for maintenance) They use Chinese built yacht and operate on an oscillating basis... meaning you get to use your yacht January one year, February next year, etc.. Whist they boast a presence in Spain, USA and France, Saveene also offers both Mexico (Cancun) and Spain (Valencia) where the company maintains villas and has fractionated several yachts in Ibiza Spain circa 2014.

  • What are your future plans?

    Our future plans are to create multiple hubs as we continue developing the Saveene infrastructure prior to taking the company public.

  • How many staff do you have fulltime just maintaining the yachts?

    Currently we have 15 full time staff members in the call centre front office staff administration and maintenance. These are dedicated Saveene employees some who have been with the company since we started in 2007. The yacht crew is constantly washing, waxing, cleaning, and maintaining the vessel. There is always some activity going on. That is the key to these. It’s a business and regardless if you choose to go with the 80 foot or 64 they constantly need upkeep or the asset will deteriorate quickly.
